They report that many of their highest ranked communities are near major economic hubs, like Silicon Valley in California and metros in the Northeast.

The study uses data from more than 53-thousand people who wore monitors over an eight-year period.
It finds that getting an extra 11 minutes of sleep a night, along with eating a quarter cup more of vegetables and adding 4.5-minutes of physical activity is all it takes for the heart health benefit.⠀

Here’s some creepy news for those suffering from arachnophobia. Joro spiders have returned to the United States, and they are “spreading rapidly.” This brand of spider is marked by bright red and yellow colors, and can grow as large as an adult human’s hand. So far, the Joro spider has been reported in eight states: Georgia, Tennessee, North and South Carolina, California, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Fortunately, sensationalized reports of them being “flying and venomous” spiders are false, so while they are spreading…they aren’t doing it by hurling themselves through the air.

An Australian travel website caused confusion when it used AI to write about hot springs in Tasmania that don't actually exist. The Tasmania Tours site published a post inviting visitors to Weldborough to discover the "tranquil" hot springs, but locals had never heard of them, and for the very good reason that it doesn’t exist. The owner of a nearby hotel said she was flooded with calls and visitors looking for the fake attraction. The site owner blamed the mistake on AI hallucination and a lack of human review. Experts warn that such errors could become more common as travelers rely more heavily on AI for trip planning.
