Reese’s has supersized its classic peanut butter cup into a 52-ounce “pie” weighing more than three pounds. The giant treat is essentially one massive peanut butter cup with a milk chocolate shell and peanut butter center, priced at about $40. Reese’s lists it as roughly 48 servings at 160 calories each, putting the entire pie at around 7,680 calories. The oversized dessert has started showing up in warehouse stores and on delivery apps, with some fans already eyeing it for Thanksgiving and other holiday gatherings.

Supercar Blondie says Elliott Loe, of North Carolina, built a lawnmower that reached 152.8 mph at the ECTA Arkansas Mile land-speed event.  The custom machine combines a lightweight chassis with body panels from a 1990sTradesman lawnmower. A 988cc engine from a 2004 Suzuki GSX-R motorcycle powers it.  The finished mower weighs 450 pounds. An electric mower deck remains fitted underneath, so the machine can still cut grass.

Pumpkins spilled everywhere. The collision blocked the two right lanes of Coleman Boulevard as crews worked to clear the road.

A huge metal object found in a Minnesota cornfield has left local officials searching for answers. A passerby spotted the hollow, bowl-shaped object in Scott Township on October 14th and called the Stevens County Sheriff’s Office. About 11 feet wide, it has a scorched underside and jagged edges that suggest it broke away from something larger. Deputies described it as a possible space object, but its source hasn’t been confirmed. State and federal agencies are working to identify it and find its owner, and officials say it poses no danger to the public.

The brawl erupted as the plane was landing.  The captain told ground control, “We are experiencing conflict issues among the flight attendants and will likely need to separate them to prevent further escalation or an incident.” The nature of the dispute has not been disclosed.  The flight landed safely with no further incidents.
