4. Consider approving an interagency agreement between the Office of the Court Administrator, the 17th Judicial District and Valley County for the purpose of allocating funding to the County to improve court security.

5. Consider approving a quote to purchase four 2026 John Deere 772P motor graders and trade in four 2021 John Deere 772G motor graders from RDO out of Williston, under Sourcewell Contract #011723-JDC.

6. Consider a new phone system with a five-year lease program with Nemont Telephone.

7. Consider approval of 1 O applications and permit to use rights-of-way in the Pines Recreation Area Road and Willow Creek Road by Norval Electric.
