NorVal Electric Cooperative Sponsoring Women’s Attitude Awareness Self-Defense Training

NorVal Electric Cooperative is sponsoring Women’s Attitude Awareness Self-Defense Training. This is free of charge & open to all women ages 13+ and will take place July 7th at the Cottonwood Inn & Suites from 6 – 8p.m. There is limited space available, so they ask that you sign up by June 30th. To sign up, email marie@norval.coop or call 406-228-9351. An adult must accompany those ages 13 – 15. What you will learn: How to improve awareness & avoid danger; Environment recognition; Check in/out procedures; Effective self-defense moves; Simple but powerful strategies for any skill level.
