Officials Selected for State Basketball Tournaments

The referees selected to officiate the eight Montana High School Association state basketball tournaments this week are listed below.

The State AA boys and girls tourney is scheduled for Thursday through Saturday at First Interstate Arena at MetraPark in Billings.

Officiating the boys games at the State AA tourney will be: Chris Anderson, Missoula; Jackson Cobb, Billings; Pat Foster, Kalispell; Jesse Laslovich, Helena; Kevin Sullivan, Billings and Scott Welch, Missoula.

Officiating the girls games at the State AA tourney will be: Grady Bennett, Kalispell; James Booth, Billings; Nolan Harris, Helena; Jeanann Lemelin, Billings; Jay Lemelin, Billings and Josh Nelson, Kalispell.

The State A boys and girls tournament is set for Thursday through Saturday at Four Seasons Arena in Great Falls.

 

Officiating the boys games at the State A tourney will be: Patrick Armstrong, Heart Butte; Marc Brekke, Missoula; Nathan Dick, Billings; Kevin Flatow, Helena; Rob Tesch, Billings and Tyler Krell, Polson.

Officiating the girls games at the State A tourney will be: Richie Borden, Hamilton; JR Casillas, Missoula; Cory Elkin, Billings; Kyle Finneman, Havre; Craig Thompson, Billings; and Austin Zomer, Kalispell.

The State A boys and girls tournament is set for Thursday through Saturday at Four Seasons Arena in Great Falls.

The State B tourney will be contested Thursday through Saturday at Montana State's Brick Breeden Fieldhouse in Bozeman.

 

Officiating the boys games at the State B tourney will be: Mike Erickson, Glasgow; Justin Simenson, Chinook; Brad Weston, Hamilton; Justin Qualley, Missoula; Mike Whittmeyer, Billings and Patch Wirtzberger, Havre.

 

Officiating the girls games at the State B tourney will be: Jonkar Arceniega, Clinton; Jaren Beall, Bozeman; Terry Brockie, Harlem; Easton Copenhaver, Wolf Point; Corey Cutler, Butte and Keith Denton, Great Falls.

The State C tournament begins on Wednesday and runs through Saturday at the University of Montana Adams Center in Missoula.

Officiating the boys games at the State C tourney will be: Tyson Atkinson, Missoula; Jeff Kent, Wolf Point; Luke Kloker, Fairview; Lonnie Swigart, Sidney; Seth Wildung, Billings and Alvin Yellow Owl, Browning.

 

Officiating the girls games at the State C tourney will be: Vinny Castro, Billings; Jared Foran, Hilger; Jake Jessop, Hamilton; Tim Polk, Plentywood; William Sterling, Great Falls and Josh Stickel, Glendive.
