Trailing Huntley Project 10-4 heading into the bottom of the 5th, the Scotties exploded for 8 runs to take a 12-10 lead. Huntley Project battled back with a run in both the 6th and 7th to tie things up, setting the stage for some late-game heroics.

In the bottom of the 7th, CharLee McColly sparked the rally with a leadoff single, then swiped second and advanced to third on a wild pitch. Kelbi Wersal came through in the clutch, driving her home to seal the 13-12 victory!
 
Donaldson got the pitching win, going 5 2/3 innings, give up 2 earned runs and striking out 9. Boreson pitched 1 1/3 innings, gave up 2 earned runs and struck out 2.
