Phillips County Implements Stage 1 Fire Restrictions
The Phillips County Commissioners have enacted Stage One Fire Restrictions effective immediately due to increased wildfire danger.
Campfires and other open fires are prohibited except at approved recreation sites. Propane and LPG stoves are still allowed. Outdoor smoking is also restricted and is only permitted inside vehicles, buildings, developed recreation sites, or in an area cleared of all burnable material for at least three feet in diameter.
The restrictions remain in effect until further notice.
