Real Estate And Mobile Home Taxes Due By June 1st

Second half of 2025 Real Estate Taxes and the first half of 2026 Mobile Home Taxes are due and payable on or before 5 p.m. on May 31, 2026, Unless paid prior to that time the amount due will be delinquent and will draw interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% per month from the time of delinquency until paid and 2% will be added to the delinquent tax as a penalty. Because May 31, 2026, is on a Sunday, taxpayers have until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2026, to pay.

Payment may be made at the Valley County Treasurer’s Office in the Valley County Courthouse during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, placed in the red drop-boxes outside the front and side doors of the Courthouse, or mailed to Valley County Treasurer, 501 Court Square #3, Glasgow, Montana 59230 or paid online at https://www.valleycountymt.gov/1236/Treasurer or by calling 1-866-549-1010.  The Bureau code for Valley County is 8778528.
