Glasgow Shooting Range EA comment deadline extended to November 4

Due to a slight error in the original EA (there was mention of camping...there will be NO CAMPING allowed at the ranges), the edited EA has had an extension in the deadline to Nov. 4. Comments can be emailed to Tim Potter, Jr. at tpotter@mt.gov.

The full edited draft EA checklist can be found here: glasgow-shooting-range-a--d-corrected-10-21-2026.pdf

Project: FWP is working with the City of Glasgow and proposing to improve, manage, and operate the current rifle and archery shooting ranges. The 66-acre property is located approximately one-half mile north of Glasgow, off Skylark Road. Improvements would be designed to maximize safety and enhance public access for recreational shooting.
