Scottie Football Team Goes to 3-0

The Glasgow Scottie Football Team improved its record to 3-0 on Friday night, with a road win over Cut Bank, 12-0.

Glasgow had a 16-play drive in the first half that took nearly 12 minutes off the clock, but the Scotties came up empty.

The Scotties did score later in the second quarter, on a 9-yard run from Cade Hudyma. The conversion failed.

The Scotties picked up their second score after another long drive that included a 59-yard pass play from Hudyma. He would later score on a 2-yard run to make it 12-0. The 2-point conversion attempt failed.

Glasgow kept Cut Bank away from the ball for most of the game, especially in the first half: the Scotties had the ball 17 minutes compared to Cut Bank's 7 minutes. Overall, the Scotties more than doubled Cut Bank’s offensive yardage, 256-113.

The Scotties will face Shelby for Homecoming, this coming Friday night at 7 p.m.
