Colbrese Cup Memorial Red Ball Golf Scramble Draws 72 Golfers

The Colbrese Cup Memorial Red Ball Golf Scramble brought golfers together for another great day of competition, camaraderie and fun, with 18 four-person teams and a total of 72 golfers participating in this year’s event.  The annual scramble featured both gross and net team competition, along with individual hole prizes and special contests made possible through the generous support of local businesses and sponsors.

Tournament Payouts

The tournament awarded the following team prizes:

  • 1st Place Gross – $1,400: Jake Hughes, Chris Richter, Riley & Joel Smith shot 96 followed 1 stroke behind Blaine Myrick, Alec Boland, Adam & Jeremiah Paine with a 97
  • 1st Place Net – $1,400: Kyla Forest, Jeff Hahn, Michael & Davyn Myrick shot 75.4
  • 2nd Place Net – $940: Jen & Storm Jackson and Ed & Dawn Sugg shot 77.6
  • 3rd Place Net – $700: Greg & Jake Page and Bryan & Keil Krumwiede shot 81.8
  • Bottom Bouncers – $200: John Cremer, Kaden Fossum, Noah Lipszyc, and Trey 

In addition to the team payouts, golfers competed for sponsored prizes throughout the course.
