Glasgow Head Start Enrollment

Glasgow Head Start is now enrolling students for the 2026-2027 school year. Head Start is a free preschool program for families who meet the income eligibility guidelines, children in foster care, SNAP, homeless, SSI and children with disabilities, or 10% program wide can be over-income children. Head Start runs Mon-Fri, 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM and provides a healthy breakfast and lunch plus safe indoor and outdoor play. Head Start is designed to increase school readiness and develop a child's potential to the fullest. Children enjoy a creative learning experience while getting ready for kindergarten. Children have hands-on activities, develop fine/gross motor skills, explore reading, math, social/emotional skills, music/art, and making friends. Enrollment is limited. To enroll your child please complete an application at Glasgow Head Start 211 1st Ave South or online AEMT.org
