Scottie Softball Split Games in Lewistown

The Scottie Softball team is now 4-2 on the season after splitting two games in Lewistown on Saturday.

The Scotties were beaten by Manhattan 10-4 but came back and clobbered Hardin 19-1.

Glasgow's games on Friday were canceled due to weather.

The Scotties will travel to Glendive on Tuesday and will host the Scottie Softball Slam this coming weekend at Sullivan Park.

The full details from Coach Burleson:

Friday's games were cancelled due to the weather, but we did get a couple of games in on Saturday.

In the 5th, back-to-back doubles from Alexa Ball and Riley Clampitt, followed by consecutive singles from Jensina Tweten and CharLee McColly, brought in a pair of runs. Tessa Miller added a double later in the inning to score another, as we cut the deficit to 10-4, which held as the final.
