Nixon Found Guilty on Sexual Abuse Charge
A Valley County jury returned a guilty verdict in a trial that ended Friday in Glasgow District Court.
Charles Nixon was found guilty on a charge Sexual Abuse of Children (Possession of Material). Knowingly possessing, accessing, or controlling visual or electronic material depicting a child engaged in sexual conduct or abuse.
Nixon could be sentenced up to 10 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000 plus registration as a sex offender.
Nixon, was living in Frazer at the time of his arrest last October. Court records show sentencing is scheduled for September. The original charge was filed in 2025 according to the Fort Peck Journal.
