Some number-crunchers at the website BeerInfo calculated beer consumption by state per capita — and converted it into gallons. Overall U.S. beer consumption per adult age 21 and over is around 28.2 gallons per person, per year. That means the average adult over the age of 21 is consuming about 10 ounces of beer per day, or roughly one six-pack per week. Here's a rundown of the top five states:

1. New Hampshire: 43 gallons
2. Montana: 40 gallons
3. North Dakota: 38 gallons
4. South Dakota: 37 gallons
5. Wisconsin: 36 gallons

And the bottom five states include:

46. Connecticut: 17 gallons
47. Delaware: 17 gallons
48. Hawaii: 17 gallons
49. New Jersey: 17 gallons
50. Utah: 12 gallons

Turns out the biggest threat to your love life isn't a lack of romance. It's everyday life. A new survey of people in serious relationships found that intimate moments get interrupted an average of 18 times a year, and for more than 25% of couples, the interruption ends the mood for the entire night. The biggest culprit? Kids or other people in the house, which was cited by 50% of respondents. Among parents of kids under 18, that number jumps to 68%. After that came being too tired (39%) and those pesky phones that won't stop buzzing (35%). Pets can be an issue too, with half of couples who let their pets sleep in the bedroom reporting furry interruptions. And it's not just annoying. More than half of the couples surveyed say these interruptions leave them feeling less connected to their partner afterward.
