BILLINGS — Players and coaches will arrive in Billings on Wednesday to begin practicing for the 37th annual Montana Big Sky Class B All-Star Football Game that will be played on Saturday at 1 p.m. at picturesque Palisades Field at Red Lodge High School.
The game will pit the North vs. the South and will be played in Red Lodge for the third-straight year.
In 2025, the South claimed its third-straight win with a 22-0 triumph over the North in the 36th annual contest. The series is tied 18-18.
Players will be housed and practice at Rocky Mountain College in the days leading up to the game. There will be two practices on Wednesday, three practices on Thursday, and three practices on Friday.
The annual watermelon race pitting the North vs. the South will be held after the evening practice on Wednesday. Traditionally the team that wins the watermelon race gets to pick what jersey color, blue or white, that their team will be wearing during the game.
