The Hi Line Youth Hockey Gun Raffle tickets are available at D&G Sports & Western, DB’s, KLTZ/Mix-93, the Mint Bar in Opheim or from any Hockey Board member. The drawing is for a gun a day, every day, in November & you can win more than once! Tickets are $50 each.

The Soroptimist Thrift Store

The Soroptimist Thrift Store is open Monday – Friday from 10a.m. – 4p.m. They have lots of new items out on the floor & are accepting donations, though no large items as they have no room for them. For your convenience, they do have a Drop-off Box in the back for any after hour donations.

Boy Scouts Serving Indian Tacos

The Boy Scouts will be serving 300 Indian Tacos Tues. Sept. 21st starting at 5p.m. & going until gone! These will be to go orders & you can get yours at the Boy Scout Fair Booth. The cost is $7 per taco or 4 for $25. Come in from the back gate & go out to the midway, towards the Valley Event Center. If that's clear as mud, call Mike’s cell, 406-654-4350.

Cancellation of Norval Electric’s Annual Meeting of Members

Notice of Cancellation of Norval Electric’s Annual Meeting of Members. After consultation with the Cooperative Counsel & recommendations from the Valley County Health Director, we have been advised that the combination of both an increasing COVID infection rate & low vaccination rate in our northeast Montana service area presents a substantial risk of community spread through in-person gatherings such as Norval Electric’s Annual Meeting. The Board of Directors of Norval Electric Cooperative, Inc. have decided to cancel the 2021 Annual Meeting of Members originally scheduled for Oct. 27th, in Glasgow.

The 16th Annual Firemen’s BBQ for the Nashua Volunteer Fire Department is Sat. Oct. 9th at the Nashua Civic Center. Dinner is at 5p.m. with Mikey’s pulled pork, baked beans, baked spuds, coleslaw, Grains of Montana Buns & Cakes by Jason Myers. Music will start at 7p.m. by Chisholm Christensen. There will also be 50/50 tickets, door prizes & a silent auction.
