POSITION SUMMARY:
COOKS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSISTENT PREPARATION OF CUISINE FOR THE DINING ROOM, LOUNGE, BANQUETS, AND OTHER FOOD FACILITIES, RESULTING IN OUTSTANDING GUEST SATISFACTION. ADDITIONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE KITCHEN AND MANAGE AREAS OF PROFIT, STOCK, WASTAGE CONTROL, HYGIENE PRACTICES AND TRAINING WITHIN THE KITCHEN.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments; Cook customer orders to specification; Check banquet/catering function board and prepare items according to the schedule; Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met; Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times; Answer the phone using proper telephone etiquette; Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times; Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times; Maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards; Personally responsible for hygiene, safety, and correct use of equipment and utensils; Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation; Check periodically the expiry dates and proper storage of food items; Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards; Follow good preservation standards for proper handling of all food products at right temperature; Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment; Adhere to all sanitation guidelines; Assist the dishwasher as and when necessary; Assist with putting away deliveries; Carry out general cleaning as directed; Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order; Assist in food preparation; Uphold the hotel's commitment to hospitality; Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas; Wear the proper attire at all times; Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards; Understand that business demands sometimes make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift to other shifts; Assist with training employees as needed; Assist co-workers as needed; Perform other duties as requested by management.

DISCHARGE PLANNER / UTILIZATION REVIEW RN TRINITY AND POPLAR HOSPITAL
NEMHS is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Discharge Planner / Utilization Review RN for Trinity and Poplar Hospitals. The Nurse conducts admission, concurrent with retrospective utilization reviews for all assigned patients. This individual communicates with payers, physicians, and the Director of Nursing to facilitate appropriate admissions and discharges and to promote a high quality of care while preventing under-utilization and over-utilization of hospital resources. This person conducts discharge-planning activities for assigned patients and completes data collection This person also is responsible for an active utilization review of all patient admissions and discharges, collaborates and facilitates all Swing Bed admissions, maintains an active re-admission review program, and works closely with the Director of Nursing and the Nursing Leadership team to improve patient outcomes.

INFUSION NURSE RN TRINITY HOSPITAL
NEMHS is currently accepting applications for a Registered Nurse for Infusion Therapy at Trinity Hospital. This nurse ensures patients receive the correct IV for the treatment ordered, selects and manages the appropriate device, and monitors and evaluates the patient's response to the IV therapy. Infusion nurses monitor patients, manage their tubing, maintain arterial catheters, and observe for potential drug complications.

MDS COORDINATOR
NEMHS is currently accepting applications for a full-time MDS Coordinator at Faith Home. Duties are to maintain clinical records of each resident admitted to the facility for Intermediate or Skilled Care or Adult Day Care in accordance with accepted professional principles. Maintain records and paperwork on residents’ charts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Assists Nursing Staff as necessary in relation to residents and paperwork. Completing the required Minimum Data Set and associated documents per the CMS Regulations. Qualifications include RN, good communication skills, good computer skills, and a good work ethic. Training is available, but MDS experience is preferred. The schedule will be 40 hours a week flexible scheduling available. Traditional Practice is split between two campuses and will require traveling between the two pharmacies and using tele-pharmacy to cover the other site. Requires supervision of four pharmacy technicians and two Pharmacy Clerks. Must possess a degree or an advanced degree (Pham D or MS) in Pharmacy and be currently licensed and in good standing in the State of Montana, and be able to dispense controlled substances. 2 years minimum experience.
