Enjoy a “Taste of Poland” with authentic Polish cuisine Sat. Jan. 24th at St. Raphael’s Parish Center. Seatings are at 5p.m. or 7p.m. This is a “reservations only” event with dinner, entertainment, cash bar & a silent auction to benefit the group going to World Youth Day in Poland next year. The Glasgow Evangelical Church will host free showings of the movie “God’s Not Dead” Fri. Jan. 23rd at 7p.m., Sat. Jan. 24th at 1p.m. & Sun. Jan. 25th at 6:30p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend, popcorn & drinks will be provided. A discussion time will follow each showing for anyone who is interested.

The Annual Kid’s Fishing Day, sponsored by the Glasgow/Fort Peck Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited, is Sat. Feb. 7th from 9a.m. – 12p.m. at the Home Run Pond, located on the Fort Peck Hwy. This event is for kids age 14 & under; fishing poles & tackle will be provided but kids may also bring their own. For more information contact Seth, 263-4555 or Ricci, 263-0240.

The Annual Sweethearts Bazaar is Sat. Feb. 7th from 9:30a.m. – 3p.m. at the Glasgow Civic Center. 4-H will be serving lunch to raise money for their DC Trip. There are 35+ venders & counting – Paparazzi, Shabby Cache, Shipwrecked, Avon, Dotera, NYR Organic, Scentsy, Tupperware, Iron Creations by Duke, Lynda Moore Boots, Beach Body, KB Flowers, Country Gourmet Homes, & these are just a few! Northeastern Arts Network presents “Tumbledown House” as the 3rd concert in the Big Sky Series. This concert will take place Mon. Feb. 9th at 7p.m. in the GHS Auditorium. The music of Tumbledown House has been described as “gritty saloon jazz”, “modern speakeasy music”, & “Tom Waits in a cocktail dress”.
