Fort Peck Fine Arts has their trip of the month tickets ready for 2016. They will draw for a great trip for two the first Wednesday of every month in 2016 and also will have an early bird drawing Dec. 2nd 2015 for $1000. Tickets are $200 each and you can win more than once. Purchase your tickets at the Fort Peck Fine Arts office located on 2nd Ave. South or at the KLTZ/KLAN studios.

Valley County Council on Aging will have a Flea Market Sat. Dec. 5th from 9-2p.m. at the Senior Citizen’s Center. Table rental is $5 per table. There are many new vendors with White Elephant items, blankets, rag rugs, jewelry, & so much more. For more information or th book a table call 228-9500. Donations are welcome.

The Glory of Christmas Art Show at the Cottonwood Inn is Fri. Dec. 4th with the Opening Gala from 6:30 – 9p.m. & Sat. Dec. 5th from 10a.m. – 5p.m. Artists at the show will be Denae Kauffman, Connie Tventen, Larry & Leann Ochsner, and Kris Shaw. For more information contact Denae, 230-0705.

The annual Scandinavian and Holiday Bake Sale at First Lutheran Church will be on Saturday, Dec. 5th from 9:00a.m.-Noon. Featured are Scandinavian baked goods, but there are also family favorite cookies, candies, cakes and breads as well as a table of craft items.

The 24th North Pole Express Art and Craft Show will be offering local Montana made gifts for you and your shopping pleasure on Friday, Dec. 4th from 6:00-8:00p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 5th from 8:00a.m.-3:00p.m. at the Saco IOOF Hall. Jacki Bryson, Jodell Bryson and their elves will have finely detailed painted Christmas ornaments, snowmen and home décor, quilted items, crocheted hats, exotic wood cribbage boards, baked goods and much more.

St. Raphael’s coat closet will be giving away coats and winter wear on Saturday, Dec. 5th from 10:00a.m.-3:00p.m. and Monday, Dec. 7th from 5:00-8:00p.m. at the Parish Center gymnasium. Coats, boots, gloves, caps and scarves for all ages are available. They are also looking for donations of coats and winter wear especially snowpants and Carhartt items. Milk River, Inc. is once again sponsoring the Children’s Christmas Store on Saturday, Dec. 12th from 9:00am.-1:00p.m. at the Elks Club. They are looking for donations that are gently used items for the Christmas store. If you have something to donate, please drop them off at Milk River, 219 2nd Ave. South or call 228-8412 and they will pick up your items.
