Saturday, November 22nd 2008 The annual AAUW Bazaar is this Sat. Nov. 22nd from 9:30a.m.-3:30p.m. at the Glasgow Civic Center. Exhibitions will feature: glass birdfeeders, wood working, western crafts, cards, candles, lotion, magnetic jewelry, quilts, cards, candles, lotions, FMDH candy shop, Eunice Wiens’ cookbook, Glen Miller's wooden toys, dog collars & more. There will be raffles throughout the day; American Association of University Women proceeds go toward local scholarships & the Children's Theatre. Space is still available: call 228-2747 or 228-4429. It's all this Saturday, from 9:30-3"30 at the Glasgow Civic Center.
Saturday, November 22nd 2008 The 4th Annual Festival of Trees will be held at the Glasgow Elks Club Sat. Nov. 22nd from 9a.m. to 5p.m. There will also be baked goods, crafts, Relay items & various other items being sold to help raise money for the 2009 Northeast Montana Relay for Life. If you would like to enter a tree, registration forms are available at KLTZ/KLAN, Glasgow Courier, The Print Shop & the Chamber Office. Thursday, November 27th 2008 The 18th Annual Valley County Thanksgiving Day Dinner will be Thurs. Nov. 27th. Serving will take place from 12noon to 2p.m. at the Glasgow Senior Citizens Center. The traditional meal, sponsored by community volunteers, is open to everyone & free of charge. For more information call Ruth Ann Hutcheson at 228-8392.
Thursday, December 25th 2008 The Valley County Council on Aging offers SourCream Raisin, pumpkin and Dutch Apple pies for $10.00. They also offer double crust pies for $12.00 please call 228-9223 to order or 228-9500.
