The Hinsdale Lutheran Church will have their Lutefisk & Turkey Dinner Sun. Feb. 12th from 12noon – 3p.m. Valley County Transit will be taking people to Hinsdale for this event for just $5 per person. To reserve your seat please call 228-TRIP (8747) by Fri. Feb. 10th; the bus will leave Glasgow at 12noon the 12th to go to Hinsdale.

Saturday, February 11th 2012 
Long Run Fire Department of Glasgow will have a benefit fund raiser Sat. Feb. 11th at the VFW Post 3107. All funds will be used to purchase new extrication equipment. There will be donation boots throughout the VFW club the night of the event. There will not be ticket sales for this event, they simply ask for your support & financial donations during this event. Darrell Gairrett & Hi-Line Country Band will be playing from 8p.m. – 1a.m. Door prizes will be given away & Silent Auction items will be available for your bidding pleasure. Long Run Fire Department – Glasgow is currently looking for new members. If you are interested in “volunteering” your time & talents to be part of this organization, talk with any of the members. If you would like to donate to this project & cannot attend the fund raiser on Feb. 11th you may mail your donation to Long Run Fire Department, 501 Court Square #2, Glasgow, MT 59230.

The Soroptimist Thrift Store has Valentine items & clothing plus Graduation gowns & caps. There is a wide selection of baby & kids clothing & new items are added daily. Store hours are Mon. – Fri. from 10a.m. - 4p.m. & Saturdays from 10a.m. – 2p.m. & they are located across from the Glasgow Library.

The Soroptimist Thrift Store is having a $7 bag sale. The sale includes all clothing, with the exception of formals, graduation gowns & wrestling shoes. They are also in need of kitchen items, bedding & household items. New items are added daily. Store hours are Mon. – Fri. from 10a.m. - 4p.m. & Saturdays from 10a.m. – 2p.m. & they are located across from the Glasgow Library.
