The Soroptimist Thrift Store is open Mon. – Fri. 10a.m. – 4p.m., & Saturdays from 11a.m. – 3p.m. They are having a Bag Sale through March 23rd, $10 per bag, does not include Easter clothes, shoes, sports pants & shoes. They also have 2 queen size bed frames, plenty of baby strollers, a changing table & a dart board from the Clansman Bar. They will be closed March 25th & 26th to Spring & Summer inventory out. As always, additional items are added daily; donations are always welcome; proceeds used locally.

Youth Art Classes at the Wheatgrass Arts & Gallery

Spring Youth Art Classes at the Wheatgrass Arts & Gallery are set for the following Sundays - March 24th, April 14th & 28th, May 5th & 19th. Classes are open to students in grades 1-3, from 1-2:30p.m. & those in grades 4-6 will be from 3-4:30p.m. Space is limited so register early at the Wheatgrass Arts & Gallery, 523 2nd Ave. South, or by contacting Sara Wittmayer Wesen, 570-2472. Cost is $35 per student, per class or $150 per student for all classes.

Nashua Lions Roller Skating

Sunday, March 24th 2019

There will be roller skating each Sunday, through March, from 1 – 3p.m. at the Nashua Civic Center, sponsored by the Nashua Lions. Cost is $1.50 per person with roller skates provided, or you can bring your own. All are welcome.

First Lutheran Church's Annual Lutefisk Dinner

First Lutheran Church will have their annual Lutefisk Dinner Sun. March 24th from 11:30a.m. - 1:30p.m. at the Church in Glasgow. The menu includes lutefisk, meatballs, mashed potatoes & gravy, cole slaw, Lefse Shack lefse & orange sherbet. Tickets will be sold at the door, adults $15, students $10 & children under 6 are free. Thrivent Financial is providing supplement funding.

The Glasgow/Fort Peck Chapter of Walleye’s Unlimited is hosting their 35th Annual Banquet Sat. April 6th at the Valley Event Center. Tickets are on sale now & if you buy them by March 25th, you’ll be entered into their early bird drawing for $500 in fuel. Northeastern Arts Network Big Sky Series - Six Appeal

The last concert in the 2018-2019 Northeastern Arts Network Big Sky Series will be held on Tuesday, March 26th at 7:00p.m. at the Glasgow High School. Performing will be Six Appeal, a world class vocal ensemble infused with sharp comedic timing, and the energy and vitality of a rock band. Six Appeal takes you on a journey that spans decades of music performing classic oldies, current chart toppers and catchy original tunes, completely a-cappella. Tickets are available at the door.

Cuisine For the Cure

Cuisine For the Cure is scheduled for Thurs. April 25th at 6p.m. at the cottonwood Inn. Rod is working on lining up cooks, with a total of 12 individuals or groups that would be willing to cook for this event.
