Valley County Conservation District is now taking tree orders
Valley County Conservation District is now taking tree orders. Order your trees now for spring 2019 delivery. Order a large quantity for planting shelterbelts, or just a few for your yard. This year’s tree list focuses on species selected for northeast Montana conditions, grown in Montana nursery. Trees are available on a first come-first serve basis, so order early. Order forms are available at the Conservation District office, Hwy 2 west in Glasgow, on our website: valleycd.macdnet.org, or call 228-4321 ext. 101. When designed properly, windbreaks can provide a great deal of benefits such as reducing energy cost, conserving soil, increasing crop yield, & protecting wildlife.
